Pre-Qualification

  • At least 4 years experience in Human Resources/Recruiting
  • Must have professional and effective English verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual would be a plus.
  • Must possess a professional and positive customer service orientation with ability to effectively interact with all levels of employees.
  • Must have demonstrated ability to use new technology.
  • Must have a positive attitude, be a self-starter and have excellent follow-up and follow-through.
  • Must be detail-oriented, have strong organization and time-management skills and be able to efficiently multi-task in a changing environment.
  • Proficient working knowledge of general office equipment and computer applications including Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Will require working on a computer and phone. Regularly required to use hands to type, finger, handle or grasp. Frequently required to talk, hear and respond.
  • Must have a current and valid driver's license and meet company DMV requirements to travel on company business.
